Additional Rules & Regulations

This is a listing of additional rules and regulations that have been voted on and passed by The Pines Subdivision Association.

• In March of 2004 the homeowners of The Pine Subdivision Association voted that no sand should be brought onto any lake shore property. The real concern was controlling the amount of sand eroding into the lake.
• In March of 2004 the homeowners of The Pine Subdivision Association voted to not allow pumping of lake water for the purpose of watering lawns.
